During her time in office, Representative Joseph has worked to pass one of the most substantial climate bills in the nation. HB 23-1272 is a decarbonization bill that allocated over $120 million for electric vehicle and e-bike credits. She also helped pass HB 23-1134, which enables homeowners to install electric appliances as opposed to gas appliances. Representative Joseph is committed to holding corporate polluters accountable, providing incentives for home energy efficiency, promoting green transportation infrastructure, and increasing affordable housing. We are confident she will continue to be a climate powerhouse in the Colorado Legislature.
Representative Junie Joseph is a compassionate leader dedicated to putting her community first. She is a champion of social justice and determined to advocate for climate action, a strong workforce, and social services. She has always been committed to the people that she represents, first as a member of the Boulder City Council, then as the Mayor Pro-Tem, and now as the incumbent representative for Colorado HD 10.
