Matt Norris

Matt has been named a legislator of distinction, a community hero, and a clean water ambassador, among others. He is committed to working towards affordability, safety, education, and the environment. Matt understands the importance of a clean environment. Once reelected, he will continue his work to stop big polluters and preserve Minnesota’s land, air, and water.

Matt Norris has a proven track record of building bridges and getting things done. He received his business and law degrees from the University of Minnesota and has since dedicated himself to his community. Matt founded Minnesota Afterschool Advance, which has connected more than 1,500 youth in over 200 cities with afterschool programs and computers. He was elected to the Minnesota House in 2022 and immediately hit the ground running by authoring 24 bills that became law.
