Robyn Vining

Rep. Vining has been passionately defending the rights of her constituents, and working on building a stronger Wisconsin for all. And with the newly redrawn districts Democrats have a real opportunity to and take the majority in the state house. With that majority Robyn will be able to pass legislation that funds public schools, protects reproductive freedom and LGTBQ+ rights, climate action, work to end gun violence, expand affordable healthcare and mental healthcare, care for our most vulnerable members of society, make the world more fair and just, and more.

Robyn, raised by a dedicated public school teacher and a financial strategist, is married to a professor and has raised her children in Wauwatosa, WI. Over a decade ago, she built her professional photography business from scratch, showcasing her fierce work ethic and tenacity. In Madison, she serves as the ranking member on two committees and has sponsored and co-sponsored numerous pieces of legislation. Having faced personal challenges like losing health insurance while pregnant, being a WIC mom, her husband's long-term unemployment, and running a small business, Robyn fights for families with unwavering commitment. She often says her body still has the "muscle memory" of those hard days, understanding the struggles many Wisconsinites face. People are her motivator, and fairness and justice are her rally cry. She is running for a fourth term "For the Love of Wisconsin."
