Sara Agerton

Sara is committed to fighting for Pennsylvania’s environment and clean energy future. She will ensure communities are kept safe from pollution, and is determined to prioritize green investments that will improve the lives of Pennsylvanians. She knows how to bring communities together to solve complex problems, and we know she will be the advocate Pennsylvania needs in the legislature.

Sara Agerton is a lifelong Pennsylvanian dedicated to helping the most vulnerable members of her community. She earned a Master’s in social work from Temple University, which launched her 20-year career serving others. She was elected to Mechanicsburg Borough Council in 2019, where she serves on the Community and Economic Development Committee. She is a determined advocate for affordable housing, voting rights, and economic development, and she deeply understands the importance of protecting the environment.
