
As State Representative, Stephanie will champion a multi-pronged approach to address the water crisis. She will work to prioritize water conservation, invest in water infrastructure, and foster innovative technologies and practices. Stephanie also understands that addressing the water shortage cannot be separated from the broader climate crisis. She will support measures to reduce the state’s carbon footprint and transition to renewable forms of energy. We know Stephanie will be an essential part of the fight to secure a brighter future for Arizonans.
Stephanie Simacek is a teacher, volunteer, and Deer Valley Unified School District Governing Board member. She received her bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and her master’s degree from Grand Canyon University. She worked as a first grade teacher in the Deer Valley Unified School District, where she gained perspective on the challenges and aspirations of families in her district. Stephanie understands the importance of quality public education, water and environment, housing, and reproductive freedom.
