Terence Everitt

Terence understands the importance of a strong economy that simultaneously protects the environment. He is committed to holding polluters accountable in order to protect the health and safety of future generations. In the Senate, he will advocate for continued investment in clean energy technology and development that creates green jobs and economic stimulus. He will also work to reinstate the Renewable Energy Tax Credit and increase the state’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard.

Terence Everitt is a father, small business owner, and current Representative for North Carolina House District 35 since 2019. He attended the Catholic University of America and the Columbus School of Law, and he works as an attorney representing small businesses. Even prior to his election, Terence has always been dedicated to his community, serving on the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and as a member of the Wake County Transit Advisory Committee.
